Dress Shirt Dress - Tealing Good
The idea that started it all - these dresses are made from up-cycled unwanted dress shirts. Comfortable and loose fitting, each dress has functional buttons down to the waist, but will not open fully like a traditional button-up. The shirt is comprised of other shirts including the original button plackets - which is a fun way to indicate each piece’s previous life! All the dresses have large, sturdy pockets.
Size of each shirt is mainly determined by the original size of the base shirt. These are “men’s” shirts, and I’ll provide the tagged size as well as the PTP (pit to pit) measurement. I personally prefer my dresses to fit with 4-5 inches larger than my full bust.
This dress is tagged at a “men’s” XXL with a 28.5 inch PTP measurement. Length of skirt is 25 inches, with the total length from collar to hem at 40 inches.
